When and how will I receive the sewing pattern?

After you purchase a sewing pattern, you will receive two emails:

1. An order confirmation

2. An email with a download link for your pattern.

Please also check your spam/junk folder, as the download email often ends up there. The emails should arrive immediately after your purchase.

You still can’t find the sewing pattern?

Make sure you entered the correct email address during checkout.

If you still can’t find it, please send me an email hello@sundaycafe.ch or fill out the contact form on my website. Include your full name and order number (if you have it). I’ll make sure you receive your files.

Do the patterns include written instructions?

No, I’ve chosen to go a more visual route ✨ Instead of written instructions, I create in-depth video tutorials for each pattern, which you can find on my YouTube channel. These videos walk you step by step through the entire sewing process.

Can I use your patterns to sew clothes and then sell the clothes?

No, all patterns are for personal use only. They may not be used for commercial purposes or for selling finished garments.

What formats are the patterns delivered in?

All sewing patterns are provided as PDF files for easy printing at home (A4 and US-Letter). They also include the format A0 or A1 files for large-format printing. The available formats are listed in each product description.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only possible if you have accidentally purchased the same pattern twice. In that case, please contact me at hello@sundaycafe.ch with your order details.

Do you offer custom adjustments or pattern modifications?

At the moment, I do not offer custom pattern adjustments. Maybe that’s something for the future.
